Responsibilities:

  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Address customer questions and provide detailed information about products and services.
  • Create Brand Awareness: Help promote our clients’ brands through various marketing and sales strategies.
  • Participate in Team Meetings: Collaborate with other team members to discuss goals, strategies, and performance.
  • Develop Innovative Training Methods: Assist in developing new training techniques for our team to enhance productivity and sales results.
  • Attend Management Meetings: Engage with Leaders and management for business development and sales presentations.
  • Travel to Business Development Events: Represent the company at local and domestic events to build brand presence and network with potential clients.
  • Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with customers on behalf of our clients.
  • Promote Products and Services: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our products to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.


Requirements:

  • A master multitasker with strong organizational abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and composed under pressure in a fast pace environment.
  • Conducting presentations and demonstrations (client-dependent)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Has a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales management role.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possesses leadership qualities and a “take-charge” personality.
  • Has a business mindset and is eager to take on new challenges.
